I grew up on my family’s farm in New Jersey, and that life never really left me. At Foxmoor, we live by a simple philosophy: if we don't grow it, you probably shouldn't eat it. Every animal here—our cattle, our heritage chickens, our Champagne d'Argent rabbits—is raised to be healthy and happy, with room to roam and a life worth living. We're committed stewards of this land, farming in ways that leave the soil better than we found it and honoring the plants, animals, and traditions that modern agriculture left behind. This is food the way it's supposed to be.
